1. Financial Analysis: I will evaluate your financial situation, including your income, expenses, savings and existing debts. Based on this analysis, it will be determined what amount of mortgage loan you qualify for and what type of loan would be suitable for you.

2. Search for the best conditions: I will search for you the best available mortgage conditions from various banks and lenders. I cooperate with all banks, you choose according to your preferences. The goal is to get the best possible interest rates and favorable conditions.

3. Loan insurance and real estate insurance: I will find the most advantageous insurance options for you, you choose - I cooperate with all insurance companies

4. Application processing: I will provide you with assistance in filling out and processing the mortgage application and all the necessary documents. Subsequently, I will personally present these documents to the relevant bank

5. Expert opinion: I will provide you with an expert who will draw up the necessary expert opinion and take care of all the documents necessary for its preparation

6. Securing the Mortgage Loan: after the loan is approved, I personally accompany the client to sign the loan and collateral agreement at the bank. Subsequently, I ensure the submission of collateral contracts at the cadastre and control the entire process until the loan is drawn down.
